How It Works
Schedule a Pickup
Fill out our easy online form with your preferred pickup date and time.
Prepare Your Donation
Place your clean, pre-loved clothing in a bag or box, labeled clearly with "Donation."Leave It Out
Set your items outside your home on the scheduled day, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Rules and Guidelines
Accepted Items
Gently used clothing and shoes (all sizes)
Accessories such as hats, scarves, belts, and handbags
Unaccepted Items
Wet, soiled, or moldy items
Undergarments (unless new with tags)
Hazardous materials or sharp objects
Donation Preparation
Ensure all items are clean and dry.
Use sturdy bags or boxes for easy transportation.
Clearly label your donation with "Donation."
Pickup Requirements
Items must be left in a visible and accessible location outside your home.
Ensure your donation is ready by 8 AM on your scheduled pickup day.
Cancellations
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup.
Limitations
Maximum of 5 bags or boxes per pickup. For larger donations, please contact us for special arrangements.
